Privacy notice

Updated October 8, 2026

This notice explains how TruGine, based in Edmonton, Alberta, handles information you send through this website.

When you contact us

Our form asks for your name, business name, email address and package interest. You may also provide a business link and a message. We use these details to review your request, prepare a First Look when appropriate and communicate with you about website services. Please do not include payment card details, passwords or sensitive personal information.

Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. The form sends your details to our website’s inquiry database and returns a reference when the request has been saved.

Storage and service providers

Our website and inquiry database use Cloudflare infrastructure through our hosting platform. Hosting providers may also process technical information, such as network addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the website. Data may be processed or stored outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those locations.

Saved inquiries are accessed through authenticated administrative tools. We do not publish them on the website or sell the information submitted through our form.

How long we keep information

We retain inquiries while handling requests and related business records. You may ask us to delete information we no longer need. Some records may need to be retained for contractual or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your information, ask about our service providers, or withdraw your consent to further use of your inquiry. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing the requested service. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Privacy questions

Contact the TruGine Privacy Coordinator using our contact form. Choose “Not sure yet” and start your message with “Privacy request.” Include your original request reference if you have it. We will use the email address you provide to respond.
